Saturday, June 1 ticket holders can get on the track free for the 5-hour ENERGY Open Track Session
Clint Bowyer and Michael Waltrip to participate in a free question-and-answer session
DOVER, Del. – For the third straight spring,
 Dover International Speedway will offer race fans the unique, free 
opportunity to roam the frontstretch of the Monster Mile with the return
 of the 5-hour ENERGY Open Track Session.
The event will be on Saturday, June 1, 2013 from 
8:30 to 9:30 a.m., and is open and free for ticket holders for that 
afternoon’s “5-hour ENERGY 200” NASCAR Nationwide Series race. Fans 
should enter the track at Gate 18 outside of Turn 1,
 and will have the ability to walk the frontstretch of the track and see
 the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series cars on pit road preparing for the morning
 practice session.
As an added bonus, Clint Bowyer, driver of the No. 
15 5-hour ENERGY Toyota, and his team owner Michael Waltrip, will drop 
by to participate in a free question-and-answer session at 9 a.m. on the
 prerace stage at the start-finish line for
 fans in attendance. The Dover International Speedway pace car will also
 be on display for photo opportunities.
To enter the Open Track Session, all fans must have
 their June 1 “5-hour ENERGY 200” NASCAR Nationwide Series ticket with 
them. The ticket will be scanned upon entry and exit, to permit 
reentrance for the on-track activities, including
 the race, later in the day. Coolers are not permitted on the track.
NASCAR returns to Dover International Speedway May 
31-June 2, 2013 for the June 2 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race, the June 1
 “5-hour ENERGY 200” NASCAR Nationwide Series race and the May 31 “Lucas
 Oil 200” NASCAR Camping World Truck Series
 race.
